The First Floor

The First Floor is the foundation of The House of Zephyr.
It’s where we gather, move, breathe, and return to what holds us.

Tucked inside a private studio in Encinitas, this floor is intimate by design. Small groups. Familiar faces. A space built for real connection — where practice unfolds slowly and community forms naturally. Attendance is offered through invitation and referral, keeping the room gentle, personal, and deeply considered.

This space is devoted to embodied practice and simple ritual — yoga, breathwork, and offerings that help us soften back into ourselves and into one another.

Here lives Yin and Tea — a candlelit yin practice paired with warm cups and quiet atmosphere, inviting the nervous system to settle and the body to be held.
