My favorite class is Frances’s hot vinyasa class. It’s always a unique and challenging flow - she has a wonderful presence and has the ability to push your limits while also being such a calming energy.

Fran is awesome! Super knowledgeable and experienced in teaching. I love the breath work she incorporates and she offers individual adjustments during certain poses which is helpful. The studio has a super relaxing atmosphere which is a huge plus too. I’ll be back for sure!

Really relaxing and meditative class with Frances. Holding the poses puts you into a mental flow and time flys by! First time doing Yin and I’ll be back.

The instructors have such warm and welcoming energy and the studio is so stunning with beautiful, natural lighting.
