Yin & Reiki

Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon designed to calm the nervous system, restore energy, and invite you back into your body. Frances will guide a slow, grounding yin practice, long-held, supported shapes that create space in the joints, fascia, and breath. As the body softens, Allison will offer gentle hands-on Reiki throughout the class, supporting energetic balance, relaxation, and subtle healing. This experience is intentionally unhurried. A pause from the outside world. A space to receive. We’ll close with tea and connection together after class. What to expect: • 90-minute yin + Reiki experience • Hands-on energetic support (optional) • Nervous system regulation + deep rest • Tea and community after practice Come as you are.
