Yin & Tea is an evening of stillness and soft unraveling — a space to land, exhale, and be held by the quiet.
This 60-minute class invites you to slow down and release, exploring long-held postures that soothe the nervous system and open the body’s deeper layers. Guided by candlelight and gentle music, Frances creates a space for rest and renewal — a practice of being, not doing.
After class, we share warm tea and conversation — grounding back into community and presence.
